The DCA includes Regular members, Associate members and Industry members. Regular members consist of distribution pipeline and utility contractors. Associate members are those companies that provide services and supplies to the contractors. Industry Membership is for any individual who is regularly employed as a consultant, employee, officer, director or elected official of any corporation or governmental unit engaged in the distribution industry (as generally defined in such labor agreements which are to be negotiated).

The DCA membership is represented by their work in all 50 states.
